Were looking for someone to join our Digital Marketing team to be responsible for leading a team of global E-commerce specialists in the creation and execution of global e-commerce strategies across website and app. We are looking for an e-commerce professional to drive our primary growth metrics, supporting business success and ensuring that we deliver best-in-class customer experiences across our global e-commerce touch points.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
Overseeing the day-to-day strategic management of our global e-commerce stores across website and app to drive best-in-class online user experiences focusing on new product launches, marketing campaigns and trading activations in line with the commercial and marketing calendars.Working with Insights, the Global E-commerce Optimisation Manager and the wider E-commerce team, to continuously analyse customer behaviour, developing regular reports to optimise performance against core metrics.Liaising with the Global E-commerce Optimisation Manager to co-ordinate implementation of the testing and optimisation strategy to drive uplift in core performance.Building a strong understanding of the commercial performance across the regions you are responsible, working closely with our Commercial & Merchandising teams to align on product visibility and availability.Working hand in hand with Digital Product and Tech to inform the wider Product roadmaps, leveraging through the execution of new site features and functionality that enhances the user experience.Assisting the Global Head of E-commerce in devising and executing e-commerce strategies to drive commercial success.Developing a deep understanding of the tech support tools available to you to deliver best in class user experiences e.g. Shopify, Algolia, Contentful, Google Analytics.Working collaboratively across the business to constantly improve and sharpen processes that impact e-commerce content delivery e.g. product launches, data quality, new martech integration.Managing a team of e-commerce executives, providing on-going coaching and development to encourage high performance and support best-in-class delivery.WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

You will be managing team members based both in the UK and US and as such you will be expected to travel to our New York office as required.
