Location: London and South East/Hybrid



Hours: 40 hours per week



Pay: £60,000 per annum – Plus car allowance, plus bonus opportunity.

The Role



As our Head of Recruitment and Reward, you will play a
pivotal role in ensuring we attract, retain, and reward the very best talent.
Reporting to the Director of People and Organisational Development, you will
support the delivery of strategies that align with our organisational goals
while enhancing both the candidate and employee experience.



 



Key areas of focus include:




  • Leading end-to-end
    recruitment processes to ensure we bring in top talent.
  • Managing the sponsorship
    process for skilled workers, ensuring compliance with UK Visas and
    Immigration (UKVI) regulations.
  • Supporting the
    development and implementation of reward frameworks, including benefits,
    and recognition programmes.
  • Partnering with hiring
    managers to deliver tailored recruitment plans and provide expert advice
    on reward strategies.
  • Lead efforts to create a
    positive and engaging candidate experience, enhancing Oakland Care's brand
    and reputation.
  • Using analytics to drive
    improvements in recruitment performance and reward effectiveness.


 



What We’re Looking For:



We’re seeking a proactive, solutions-focused professional
with:




  • Proven experience in
    recruitment and reward, ideally within a care or healthcare setting.
  • Strong knowledge of UKVI
    sponsorship processes and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication
    and relationship-building skills.
  • A strong understanding
    of recruitment and legislation in the UK.
  • Proven experience in
    recruitment with a strong focus on volume recruitment, building talent
    pipelines and managing the full recruitment life cycle.
  • Expertise in developing
    and implementing recruitment strategies, onboarding processes, and
    creating exceptional candidate experiences.
  • Experience working with
    third-party suppliers and managing contracts related to benefits and
    rewards.
