Ref: 37582Our client, a global asset management leader, is recruiting for an experienced, VP, Marketing to work in their ETF marketing team. This role will be focussed on overseeing the paid marketing campaigns for the business unit. The role will be reporting to the Head of ETF Brand & Campaigns for EMEA, with the chosen candidate leading the marketing strategies for multiple paid campaigns, contributing to the ongoing success of one of this firm’s prestigious presence in the market.

The successful candidate will be involved in:
  • Leading the development of campaign content strategy for both Equity and Fixed Income, collaborating with internal marketing colleagues and company stakeholders to align with commercial priorities
  • Focus on driving the marketing planning for the year ahead
  • Generate engaging paid channel content assets for platforms like LinkedIn, paid search and digital advertising
  • Supervise the execution of campaign media plans for the product segment and ensure timely delivery of content assets
  • Develop effective website content aligned with firmwide and product segment messaging, considering SEO and optimising the customer journey
  • Forge close partnerships with internal teams, including country marketing managers and central EMEA marketing teams, as well as external agencies to fulfil deliverables and maintain strong working relationships

The ideal candidate will have:
  • Hold strong marketing campaign experience, ideally across multiple markets and marketing channels including such as website, social media, paid and organic search
  • Demonstrate experience within the investment management industry and familiarity with ETFs is preferred
  • Showcase the ability to work independently, lead campaigns effectively, and drive initiatives through the marketing funnel
  • Display strong writing skills with excellent written English for crafting marketing materials
  • Demonstrate attention to detail and proven project management skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
