Overview of the role:

Hospitality is an integral part of the JCB Golf and Country Club experience and we’re serious about making our food offering every bit as lush as our fairways. As Head Chef here, you’ll be responsible for menu creation – a kind of Robin Hiseman for the kitchen, if you will – with full control to tailor our offering, so that each and every visit to the ‘nineteenth hole’ surpasses expectations with an experience to be remembered.

At JCB Golf and Country Club, you’ll be catering to people who appreciate good food – making this is a real opportunity for your skills to get the recognition they deserve from people who really know their stuff. You’ll have a small but dedicated team at your back and a top-of-the-line open-hatch kitchen, so there’s plenty of scope for turning heads with a little bit of kitchen theatrics. We also have links to Daylesford – a quality organic produce supplier – which you’ll be able to take advantage of in the creation of delicious seasonal dishes.
