Role
• Plan and design the adoption of Agileacross multiple teams.
• Provide trainingsessions on Agile frameworks like Scrum Kanban and SAFe.
• Foster a culture of openness and psychologicalsafety.
• Coach leaders (like Agile LeadsProduct Owners and executives) on Agile leadershippractices.
• Develop operating model or roadmapfor future Agile practices.
• Lead as a rolemodel for Agile values.
• Act as an Agile Leadas needed to assist and educate teams.
• CreateJira reports and dashboards to communicate workload and prioritiesacross different teams.
• Facilitate Agileevents (ceremonies) and other meetings to clarify objectives andR&R.
• Assist teams with defining OKRsand measures of best practice.
Requirements
• Experience of acting as an Agile Lead and of coachingother Agile Leads.
• Experience of definingOKRs.
• Able to design and develop Jiradashboards and reports and assist and guide team Agile Leads to doso.
• Excellent written and spoken Englishcomfortable explaining Agile concepts.
• Basedin UK willing to work with teams and colleagues based in othertimezones: US HK IN CN.
