We are now seeking to appoint a motivated, reliable and hardworking Site Manager to join our successful team.

As the Site Manager, you will be responsible for:

Responsible for the upkeep and smooth running of the premises including security, maintenance, and cleanliness Support the Business Manager in ensuring full compliance with Health and Safety legislation Line managing the cleaning team Manage the opening and closing of the building Oversee the testing of all alarms and fire safety equipment Ensure all risk assessments are regularly reviewed Many other duties, see full job description

The successful Site Manager will have the following related skills / experience:

Knowledge of the workings and maintenance requirements of a school Awareness of health and safety procedures Experience working in a similar discipline i.e., handyman / janitor or similar environment as a handyperson / qualified electrician / plumber

Visits to the school are encouraged. Please contact the school office to arrange a visit.
