JOB DESCRIPTION

SEI’s Institutional business provides clients with a variety of solutions aligned with their investment implementation preferences. As one of the first and largest providers of outsourced investment management services, SEI’s Outsourced CIO (OCIO) platform supports institutional investors who delegate investment management decisions through a flexible implementation model. SEI's Enhanced CIO (ECIO) platform supports internal investment teams through alternative investment solutions and data and analytic services and technologies. As of June 30, 2023, SEI’s Institutional business serves more than 550 clients, who utilise these integrated solutions worldwide.

The team is currently recruiting a DC Client Manager who will hold a key relationship role, as the regular point of contact responsible for the ‘day to day’ management of relationships with our Master Trust clients. You will be in charge of ensuring that our existing clients and service suppliers, internally and externally receive ongoing best in class service. You will support all aspects of service delivery to DC clients as primary day to day contact and client advocate within SEI.

What you will do:

›Be the regular point of contact for clients to deal with day to day enquires. Provide proactive relationship management with clients and their advisers; attending client meetings as required and following up on actions

›Prepare and review quarterly reporting (or as required) to SEI’s DC clients on investment and administration performance

›Partner with our suppliers internally and externally to maintain strong and effective relationships

›Be the key contact for administration teams to monitor and coordinate administration delivery, and escalation point for complicated cases, complaints or corrective actions

›Assist in the development of the client service function through generation of ideas and implementation of new procedures where appropriate

›Identify SEI’s DC clients emerging needs and inform the DC proposition Team, working with the team to develop solutions

›Help SEI’s DC clients to deliver member communication strategies

›Supporting the sales process of converting new business opportunities into new clients, including participating in new business proposals and consultant meetings, as appropriate

›All SIEL employees are responsible for the identification, assessment and control of risks and risk events. Employees will maintain a good understanding ofapplicable policies, procedures, risk appetites and tolerance relevant to their function and or business unit, and are expected to consider current and potential risks when making or informing business decisions. Employees are responsible for the accurate and timely escalation and recording of incidents associated to relevant risks. In addition, employees are responsible for completing all required Risk Management training.

What we need from you:

›You will have demonstrable client facing DC experience; this could also include internal client facing roles

›You will possess excellent client relationship management skills

›You will have strong project management skills and a proven ability to manage multiple agendas

Regulatory Requirements:

SMCR Category

›This role is identified as a certified role and is therefore subject to the relevant Senior Manager and Certification Regime Rules set by the FCA.

Qualifications

›It is essential that you hold or are working towards a qualification such as IMC / CFA / IAQ, a relevant Bachelors or Masters degree, ACA / ACCA or FIA. If not, it is essential that you are willing to undertake and complete such a qualification.
