Job Role: Senior Technical Product Manager

Reporting to: Chief Product Officer

Role Overview  

As a Senior Technical Product Manager at Kallidus, you will be responsible for owning the 'Integrated Platform' aspects of our product portfolio. This includes:

Overseeing the unified Reporting and Analytics layer across our product stack Defining our Integration & API strategy for integrating our own solutions as well as 3rd party products Sourcing and executing technical partnerships to broaden our ICP and increase our addressable market

You will be the key link between the inbound Technical Business Requirements aligned to our business strategy and the development execution. You will own the overall Integrated Platform strategy, working closely with the Development team and Enterprise Architects to keep delivery on track and to scope.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

Investigate, define, and prioritise potential opportunities for discovery or delivery aligned to our business strategy Collaborate with designers and engineers to determine the best solutions to prioritised business problems Participate in agile ceremonies like planning, review, retrospective, and backlog refinement Ensure the backlog is prioritised and representative of our product strategy, road-mapped business problems, and feedback from customers, market trends, and internal stakeholders Participate in ongoing learning to better understand our users and customers, our data, our business, and our industry Regularly share strategic insights relevant to our industry and business

Key Skills and Knowledge:

At least 4 years of experience in a SaaS Senior Product Management role Experience in a technical leadership role Proven track record of delivering API, Integration, and Reporting & Analytics requirements to market Excellent listening, oral, and written communication skills with fluency in English Demonstrated success in supporting and launching well-received products and features Empathy for customers and a data-driven, creative thought process Ability to track, analyse, and interpret data to derive insights that drive customer value Experience working with distributed and remote teams Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize interconnected tasks Familiarity with agile software development methodologies and best practices Expertise in cloud-based software architectures and emerging technologies Certifications in product management, Scrum, or other relevant disciplines
