Salary - from £11.25 to £11.80 an hour

What actually is a Support Worker?

As a Support Worker you will play a crucial role in the lives of our people, supporting their daily activities, additional needs, and personal development. You will work closely with a magnificent team including therapists and other support workers to create a nurturing and inclusive environment. Some of the responsibilities are:

Provide personalised care to each person in their daily activities, including personal care, learning and social interactions. Foster a safe and positive environment, ensuring the emotional and physical well-being of each person. Implement individualised care plans, under the guidance of an incredibly supportive senior team. Support our people during recreational activities, outings and community integration. Collaborate with the wider team to maintain accurate records and documentation. Promote independence, self-esteem, and confidence in our people, celebrating their achievements and milestones.
