Ground Controlhas a new opportunity for a field based Arb Surveyoracross Hertfordshire Buckinghamshire andNorthamptonshire.

Thisis a fully flexible field based role which means that you canmanage your own time without the need to visit an office on aweekly basis

Whatyoull achieve;

Whilst deliveringexceptional customer service and exceeding client expectations youwill form part of an experienced team of Arb Surveyors whoconsistentlydeliver high quality tree surveys and consultancyservices.

Working proactively and developingstrong relationships you will work alongside consultants to prepareReports plans and supporting documentation in relation to planningtree condition surveys and insurance claims.

Youwill have a keen attention to detail a high level of accuracy andability for independentworking.

Who wereseeking;

We are looking for aselfmotivated individual with plenty of initiative and a proactiveapproach to problem solving. Youll thrive on keeping abreast ofindustry knowledge and best practice within the world ofarb.

Ideally youll have previous experiencewithin the tree surveying industry but if not a minimum of Level 3qualification in Arboriculture is required as well as the some ofthe following;

  • A working knowledge ofthe planning system in relation to trees and BS5837 Trees inrelation to construction
  • The ability to delivercomprehensive Arboricultural reports within stricttimeframes
  • Proficient I.T skills including TreeManagement Software
  • Hold a full clean UKdrivinglicense
  • CSCS/ROLO
  • LantraProfessional Tree Inspection
  • Any experience ofthe following would also be useful;
  • GPS TreePlotting (use of Trimble or similar surveyingequipment)
  • Risk Assessment using QTRA orTHREATS
  • Use of Decay Detection tree surveyequipment
  • A wider understanding of basicecology and environmental matters
  • Subsidenceand insurance claims
  • Arboriculturalcontracting/pricing
