Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Functional Consultant with expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) modules to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong functional knowledge in modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable, coupled with the ability to analyse and optimize business processes. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to deliver tailored Oracle EBS solutions that meet business requirements.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Functional Expertise in Oracle EBS Modules:
- Provide in-depth knowledge and support for Oracle EBS modules, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Analyze, configure, and troubleshoot issues related to Oracle EBS functionality.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into Oracle EBS solutions.
- Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements aligned with best practices.
- Design and document functional specifications for Oracle EBS configurations and customizations.
- Lead the implementation of Oracle EBS solutions, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
- Provide training and knowledge transfer to end-users and project teams.
- Deliver ongoing support and updates to ensure the continued success of Oracle EBS implementations.
- Develop and execute test cases for Oracle EBS functionalities.
- Validate solutions to ensure they meet business needs and maintain system integrity.
- Work closely with technical teams to align functional requirements with technical designs.
- Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and project teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Certifications: Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) or equivalent certification is mandatory.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with Oracle EBS functional modules.
- Skills:
- Strong expertise in Oracle EBS modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable.
- Proficiency in business process analysis and documentation.
- Knowledge of Oracle EBS configuration and customization options.
- Experience in functional design and implementation of Oracle EBS solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong expertise in Oracle EBS modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable.
