WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR … 
We are looking for a Porter to join our Concierge team at The Celtic Manor Resort. 
Your naturally friendly manner and calm, confident personality, combined with a passion for delivering outstanding guest service will make you an ideal candidate for this role. We are looking for someone who is reliable, punctual, proactive, courteous, and always smart in appearance. A full driving licence is required along with experience of dealing with guests face to face. 

WHAT YOU’LL DO … 
You will provide a personalised service to all guests. Your aim will be to achieve the highest level of guest satisfaction as you will be acting as a representative of The Celtic Collection to the outside world You will always smile, be confident, polite and use guest’s names, if known. Good levels of English are required.

The Celtic Collection is a prestigious portfolio of unique hotels and event venues at the gateway to South Wales developed from the success of the Celtic Manor Resort, a flagship business and leisure destination that has been voted the Best UK Hotel for nine of the last 10 years at the Meetings & Incentive Travel Awards. 
Host venue of the 2014 NATO Summit and the 2010 Ryder Cup, the Celtic Manor Resort is one of Europe’s finest destinations for luxury escapes, family breaks, special occasions, golfing getaways and business events. The resort offers three championship golf courses, luxury spas, exceptional conference facilities and team-building and family activities including archery, adventure golf, laser clays and treetop ropes courses.
As well as the five-star Resort Hotel, the Collection also includes the historic Manor House, the stylish Coldra Court Hotel, 10 luxury self-catering Hunter Lodges, and the essential convenience of Tŷ Hotel Magor. The 170-bedroom Parkgate Hotel was opened in the city centre of Cardiff in Autumn 2021 in partnership with the Welsh Rugby Union, and a second Tŷ Hotel opened its doors at Milford Waterfront in the Spring of 2022 in partnership with the Port of Milford Haven. In September 2019, The Celtic Collection launched the new International Convention Centre Wales (ICC Wales) in a joint venture partnership with Welsh Government.
