Position
An opportunity has arisen for a Team Secretary at Afton House, Ailsa Hospital, Ayr, but may require travel to Ayrshire Central Hospital or University Hospital Crosshouse.
What you will do:
You will provide a confidential and comprehensive administrative support to various teams and managers within the Public Health Directorate.
You will be expected to work flexibly across all work areas ensuring administrative tasks are completed to a high professional standard.

Knowledge, training and/or experience required to do the job:
You should possess an SVQ Level 6 or equivalent in a relevant discipline or possess the equivalent administrative experience.
You must have detailed knowledge of Microsoft Office packages including MS Teams and have excellent interpersonal, organisational and communication skills and have the ability to work under pressure and to tight timescales.
You should be a conscientious, flexible individual with a can-do approach who can work as part of a team and also on their own initiative.
Experience of minute taking, NHS systems including SSTS and PECOS and working within an NHS environment is desirable but not essential.
Hours:
30 per week.
Job share will be considered.
A hybrid model of working will be supported.
Fixed Term/Secondment:
Please note this job is a fixed term/secondment until 31st March 2025.
