Architect job in Winchester, Hampshire. This role is a great opportunity to work on mixed-use and residential developments throughout the UK. This position involves joining the commercial team, where you'll work on a variety of projects, including mixed-use, residential, and conservation initiatives. The firm's portfolio features stunning historical buildings, private residences, commercial properties, masterplans, and large-scale housing developments.



Role & Responsibilities

Work as part of the practice commercial team on a variety of mixed-use and residential projects Projects would involve working on all stages but with a focus on stage 3 onwards Using ArchiCAD on a daily basis but training will be given. Communicating with internal and external teams.

Required Skills & Experience

Part III with a minimum of 1 year post-qualification experience Experience in Uk based Mixed use or residential projects Project experience in stage 3 onwards Interest in sustainability would be beneficial Contract administration and technical knowledge Ability to use ArchiCAD is beneficial but full training is provided.
