About the Role

We are seeking a proactive Multi Skilled Engineer to join our clients team, performing reactive maintenance across a range of settings, including churches, care homes, banks, and commercial properties. Your expertise will ensure the smooth operation and safety of these environments.

About the Client

Our client is a well-established facilities management company known for their reliable and comprehensive service. They manage a variety of properties across the UK, providing tailored solutions to meet their clients needs.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Key Duties

  • Conducting reactive maintenance tasks.

  • Performing plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs.

  • Ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.

  • Responding promptly to maintenance requests.


Key Requirements

  • Qualifications in plumbing, electrical, or carpentry.

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
