Description du poste

Rattaché(e) au Workday HR Project Lead basé en Allemagne et au sein d'une équipe Cross Country, votre rôle sera de :

-Leader le déploiement de Workday au sein du Groupe AVIV, principalement sur la France;


-Coordonner les parties prenantes internes et externes pour gérer efficacement le changement;


-Contribuer à la conception de la documentation pour améliorer l'efficacité des RH;


-Comprendre les attentes et les exigences des équipes RH, en collaboration avec l'IT;


-Développer et mettre en œuvre des formations Workday pour les managers, les collaborateur(rices) et les équipes RH;


-Participer aux activités de conception, de construction, de test et de déploiement des projets Workday;


-Identifier les risques, les problématiques de la France et mettre en place des mesures correctives;


-Soutenir le chef de projet dans la définition des objectifs et l'élaboration de feuille de route;


-Fournir des solutions pragmatiques et aider dans la prise de décision.

Qualifications

Vous avez 2-3 ans d'expérience en tant que chef de projet Workday; Profil ayant déjà travaillé sur un autre SIRH, mais déjà user de Workday ait accepté; Vous parlez couramment anglais; Vous avez de bonnes notions en gestion de projet, la planification, l'organisation et la coordination; Excellentes compétences en communication pour travailler avec des parties prenantes internes et externes; Capacité à gérer les priorités et à respecter les délais; Capacité à résoudre les problèmes et à prendre des décisions; Animation et planification des ateliers avec les parties prenantes; Vous êtes pro actif(ve) et savez travailler en toute autonomie.
