Job Description
Working hours are Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm.
This is a hybrid working position, with 3 days required in the Wolverhampton office.
The purpose of the role is to provide first class support to the HRIS Manager, enabling the HRIS, HR & Payroll teams to deliver effective technical solutions to the business via Oracle HCM Cloud.
The HRIS Coordinator will develop their technical expertise and work with relevant key stakeholders to support the scoping, build, test and roll out of system changes in a timely manner.
Main Duties
Create and update organisation structures (Business Unit / Sub BU / Department/ Costing etc.) Create and maintain clear documentation for all HRIS admin activities Act as deputy administrator for Oracle account related activities (including environment refresh) Scope new absence plans Scope, build, test and implement new holiday plans Raise and monitor tickets in My Oracle Support Support with training materials for new module roll out / amendments to system / changes as a result of Oracle quarterly patch updates and other Oracle changes/ Eurofins configuration changes Proactively raise any areas of concern relating to the system or user experience Support issue resolution working flexibly as needed to resolve Advise on good system ‘housekeeping’ across centralised and decentralised HR teams and Payroll Support with reporting Actively manage the HRIS inbox and prioritise items for review Support compliance with GDPR requirements relevant to UK Project work as needed to enhance the scope of the system To coordinate the HRIS tasks associated with the annual salary review process Keeping up to date with Oracle developments via Oracle University and Customer Forums, as well as attending relevant webinars To undertake other activities identified from time to time commensurate with the level of the post.
Qualifications
A-level standard or equivalent Proven experience of system support, either HRIS-specialist or other role with HR systems experience Project work experience Enjoys troubleshooting system issues Solution driven; able to put forward suggestions to resolve what they are being asked to fix Understanding of HR and Payroll processes Oracle HCM system experience or other cloud based system Experience working with data and understanding system development lifecycle Proactive and seeks to identify solutions A good communicator who can clearly articulate and explain technical ideas to a non-technical audience Keen problem solver with ability to apply analytical and lateral thinking Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail. Helpful. Willing to explain Positive attitude.
