Workshop Supervisor

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Workshop Supervisor to work night shifts for a reputable specialist vehicle dealer offering strong career prospects

Based in the Abingdon area of Oxfordshire this position can offer £50k DOE with bonuses and benefits

Your Responsibilities as the Workshop Supervisor:

• As the workshop Supervisor, you will be required to supervise mechanics, assisting them with the maintenance and repairs of vehicles/vans
• You will be distributing the workload, ensuring work is carried out promptly and efficiently to a high standard
• Make sure all paperwork and records are filled out correctly
• You will be dealing with quality control, compliance, productivity, and technical issues
• Assisting with any additional training as required

• Minimum of level 3 vehicle maintenance and repair
• Possibly having worked within a dealership or fleet
• Some experience in a supervisory or team-leading role

We welcome applications from candidates with previous experience as a workshop supervisor, workshop plant supervisor, workshop chargehand, Workshop Team leader or leading hand from the vehicle or automobile industry within a vehicle or commercial fleet/dealership or garage.
