About the TeamThe role involves leading and guiding the Banking and Payments business in Europe, overseeing teams to ensure top-notch service delivery and strategic growth. The focus is on enhancing the Banking and Payments division's performance through effective leadership and maximizing opportunities.
What You Will Be DoingThis leadership role requires a commitment to continuous improvement, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and inclusivity. Your success will be measured by how well you meet the needs of Banking and Payments customers. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing business strategies, managing budgets, and driving growth.
What You BringWe are looking for someone with experience in leading business segments, preferably in Banking, Payments, or Fintech. You should have strong communication skills, the ability to navigate complex organizations, and a focus on customer satisfaction and business improvement.
