What you’ll be doing?
This Demi Chef de Partie role is perfect for someone wholoves the buzz of a busy morning service, works well under pressure, has great foodpresentation and loves producing a satisfying breakfast for our guests.
35-40 hour a week contract - to over 5 days a week
What you’ll need?
You won’t be expected to have exceptional food knowledge but you will need to have basic cookery skills with either proven experience or a Professional Cookery Level 2 / Commis Chef Apprenticeship Standard qualification; A passion for food and produce, with a pride in its delivery to the plate; Your potential, your commitment, and your ability to work under pressure alongside being an excellent team player, is every bit as important to us as your knife-handling skills.EHC are committed to offering opportunities to those groupswho may be under represented within our workforce – within our kitchen’s, wewould particularly welcome the addition of a greater representation of femalechef’s.
