About the Role 

Reporting into the Senior CRM Manager, the Senior CRM Executive (EU) will support the LOOKFANTASTIC CRM team in the execution of the EU CRM strategy: briefing and amending creative, building and scheduling emails and push app notifications to drive continued growth in sales, whilst delivering a great customer experience.

Responsibilities 

Manage a CRM exec/apprentice: assist them in delivering campaigns and communications to meet targets, whilst supporting their personal goals and objectives. Work with local marketing teams, trading teams and the Senior CRM Manager to deliver bespoke channel plans per market based on revenue targets and business growth plans. Act as the key CRM point of contact for our EU markets. Responsible for the briefing, building and scheduling of email marketing communications, SMS and app push notifications for the EU CRM team. Segmentation of the customer database using in-house CRM tools. A/B testing to ensure emails are optimised to the best performing setups. Update templates for automated and triggered email campaigns as and when required. Analyse and report on campaign performance, presenting findings to relevant stakeholders and identifying opportunities for improvement. Be a champion for CRM in the business. 

KPIs 

Support the wider CRM team to achieve the monthly revenue targets and channel KPIs. Ensure all email communications, SMS and app push notifications are delivered on time and in line with the global CRM strategy. Ensure all CRM messaging aligns with wider brand messaging and tone of voice. 

Requirements 

Essential: 

At least 2 year’s CRM experience Comfortable working with international teams Time management and organisation: prioritise workload & effectively manage time to meet tight deadlines Team player Assertive and pro-active with a positive attitude Strong analytical skills and comfortable using Excel A keen eye for detail Ability to work in a fast-paced environment 

Desirable: 

Multi-channel experience and exposure (Email, SMS, App Push Notifications) Line management experience Experience of international markets, ideally the EU, Asia and/or Australia Understanding of customer data and segmentation Knowledge of digital marketing channels other than email Experience with Google Analytics and/or Tableau Passionate about the beauty industry E-commerce sector experience
