Nursery Deputy Manager

Job Description
A lovely Nursery, part of a family run Group in Bordon are looking for an experienced supernumerary Deputy Manager to join their team in supporting the day to day operations of the Nursery alongside the Manager.  Initially a maternity cover post our client is offering a great salary c£30k with great benefits, working a 41 hr week over 4.5 days.

Requirements
Ideally you will have

Have a minimum Level 3 Qualification or equivalent in Early Years / Childcare
Have at least 3 years' previous experience of working in a Day Nursery
Have at least 1 year' experience of leading and supporting teams
Can inspire, energise and support others
Has a genuine passion and excitement to work with children and helping others learn
Sound knowledge of the latest EYFS framework and regulations
A firm knowledge of Ofsted standards and requirements

Requirements
