Nursery Manager

This beautiful nursery between Nuneaton and Tamworth, in the Warwickshire countryside is looking for a passionate nursery manager to join the team and support the day to day running of their busy nursery with its fantastic outdoor environment, working monday to friday 40 hrs a week, our clients are offering salary up to £40k depending on experience, with fantastic benefits being offered too.

Requirements
Ideally you will have
Have a minimum Level 3 Qualification or equivalent in Early Years / Childcare
Have at least 4 years' previous experience of working in a Day Nursery
Have at least 2 years' experience of leading and supporting teams
Can inspire, energise and support others
Has a genuine passion and excitement to work with children and helping others learn
Sound knowledge of the latest EYFS framework and regulations
A firm knowledge of Ofsted standards and requirements

Requirements
