Our client is a leader in providing advanced ethylene oxide (EO) sterilisation solutions. Their innovative Anprolene sterilisers offer the most delicate and effective sterilisation process on the market, ensuring the safety and longevity of their customer’s sensitive equipment.

Serving a diverse range of industries from medical to veterinary, they pride themselves on delivering unmatched quality, reliability, and customer service.

As a Service and Repair Engineer, you will be at the forefront of maintaining and improving the sterilisation equipment. Your expertise will ensure that the products continue to perform at the highest standards, providing reliable and safe sterilisation for clients.

Please note that this is a UK/Ireland-based role and overnight stays will be required most weeks.

Are you the right person for the job?

  • Proven experience as a Service and Repair Engineer or similar role
  • Strong technical knowledge of sterilisation equipment and EO sterilisation processes
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing electrical and mechanical systems
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Strong communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration

What will your role look like?

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on Sterilisers
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues with sterilisation cycles and system components
  • Install and calibrate new equipment and upgrades
  • Provide technical support and training to clients on the operation and maintenance of our products
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to suggest improvements and implement new features
  • Maintain accurate service records and documentation
