Your new school: This school, deeply embedded in the Weston community, places children at the centre of everything they do. As a year 6 teacher at this school, you will be expected to bring a positive attitude to a team who are dedicated to enhancing children’s lives through learning in a supportive and inclusive environment. Your new role: As a year 6 teacher in this school, you will create a supportive and inclusive learning environment for children. You will plan and deliver engaging lessons that challenge students academically and help them grow personally. Working closely with colleagues, parents, and the community is important to ensure a unified approach to education. You will also monitor and assess student progress, provide feedback, and adjust teaching methods to meet different learning needs. The role would be 5 days a week, full lesson planning and organising, lasting 6 months with the potential of turning into a permanent contract depending on whether both parties are happy with the placement. 
Requirements to succeed in your new role:

Teaching Experience: At least 2–3 years of experience teaching at the primary school levelClassroom Management Skills: Proven ability to manage a classroom effectively, create a positive learning environment, and handle diverse student needs.Curriculum Development: Experience in developing and implementing engaging lesson plans that align with the national curriculum and cater to various learning styles.What you’ll get in return from Hays Dedicated teacher consultancy with a member of our qualified team Long-term work partnered with a supportive agency Our Hays app-easy to use with training built in
