We are recruiting for a District Warden inthe Downpatrick Area. The rate of pay will be 14.70 per hour. Thehours of work are 9am to 5.30pm Monday toFriday.

Your Duties willinclude:

  • Dealing withstray dogs
  • Enforcing dog relatedlegislation
  • Promotion of responsible dogownership
  • Dealing with dogfouling
  • Dealing with noise pollution caused bydogs
  • Providing education and advice to dogowners
  • Liaising and working alongside otheragencies
  • Investigating claims of neglect orreported cruelty

Whatwe need from you:

  • 4GCSES Grade AC
  • PreviousExperience in an enforcementposition
  • Full UKDrivingLicence
