Job Summary
Are you a Qualified Nursery Room Manager? Great We are looking to bring on board a childcare professional on a full-time, permanent basis at our Busy Bees Tunbridge Wells Nursery.
As a Room Manager with us, you will guide and support the team by role modelling your knowledge and best practice. In this role you may wish to enrol on a Management Qualification with our very own in-house training academy to develop your leadership skills and bag a promotion
We have two positions available one in our preschool room and in our baby room. Our preschool room can have up to 40 children and has a fantastic team already in place. We have a working child sized kitchen, a fantastic mezzanine area that allows for lovely cosy areas and when you open the door free flow access to a large astro-turfed garden area.
We have a large baby room which has a covered garden allowing for free flow access. We also have our own sensory room where you and the children can enjoy some quiet sensory exploration

Some of the things you will do as a Room Leader/Manager at Busy Bees:
As a keyworker, you will ensure every individual child’s needs are met, including supporting parents with any SEND/ASL needs. Take ownership of the observation, assessments and planning for your key children in line with EYFS and provide developmentally challenging next steps as well as supporting the staff team. Ensure we encourage and praise children’s development and achievements whilst guiding and managing the team in your room.
