Lionsgate Contractorsare looking for an experienced Civil Engineering Project Manager tojoin an awardwinning subcontractor in the Northwest ofEngland.

Predominantlyhandling FRC works the successful PM will be involved in some ofthe UK s highest profile infrastructure projects to include bridgeinfrastructure Sea defence Highways and RailProjects.

Typicalduties will include but are not limitedto:

Manage allfinancial aspects of projects including the costing and invoicingof any additionalworks.

Carry out allwork in accordance with company standards policies andprocedures

Maintain anddevelop own competence in accordance with legislative changes andcustomerrequirements.

Provide guidanceto team members to ensure the safe effective and efficientimplementation ofoperations.

Monitor andreport on progress of work to the customer asrequired.

Provide guidanceon and monitor your team s approach to safety rules and proceduresmethod statements and riskassessments.

Liaise withthird parties to ensure the smooth implementation ofwork.

Maintainawareness of and conform to the company SHE policy and issuedsafetyinstructions.

Maintain sitesafety at all times and complete daily riskassessments.

Ensure thataccidents and near misses are suitably reported recorded andinvestigated and that remedial action is carried outpromptly.

Report anyconcerns regarding SHE to the SHEteam.

Implement QUOSHvalues.

Manage andreview performance of staff reporting to you and identify trainingneeds.

Conduct sitesafety and 1 in 10 inspections and ensure remedial actions areundertaken.

Ensure that allstatutory records certificates licences notifications and noticesare inplace.

Prepare projectSafety CDM plans and Risk Assessments as part of the overallprogramme.

Where necessaryassist with the management and resolution of customercomplaints.

SkillsKnowledge and Experience:

Proven technicaland project managementabilities

Strongorganisational and managementskills

Knowledge of therequirements and implementation of CDMregulations

Ability toproduce Work Package Plans Task Briefing Sheets and implement safesystems ofwork

Detailedknowledge of Safety Quality and Environmental issues relevant tothe projectenvironment

Sufficientexperience required in construction preferably from asubcontracting company with hands on experience offormwork.

Previous Seadefence or tidal experience would be advantageous.
