The Opportunity
We are currently seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Chef de Partie to join our culinary team at our hotel.
As a Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring the highest standards of food preparation and presentation are consistently met. You will be passionate about cooking and have the ability to work effectively under pressure.
You should have a proven track record of working in a similar role and be confident in managing and training junior members of the team. You should also have a good understanding of kitchen health and safety regulations and be committed to maintaining these standards.

Previous experience working as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role A strong passion for food and cooking A keen eye for detail and the ability to work under pressure Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of kitchen health and safety regulationsIf you are a talented Chef de Partie looking for a new challenge and are committed to delivering exceptional culinary experiences, we would love to hear from you.
Hotel
Set in four acres of beautifully landscaped and carefully maintained grounds, and its tree-lined driveway which leads you towards our exquisite grade II listed manor house dating back to the 17th century - Flitwick Manor.
Flitwick Manor, which is part of the Best Western Premier Collection also contains a walled garden, an arboretum and a lake along with a grade I listed parish church and grass-topped grotto bridge with classic and Gothic features concealing an arched room.
We’re just three miles from the M1 and have good links to London and nearby Woburn Abbey and Woburn Safari Park. Flitwick train station is just a mile away and trains run to London every 35 minutes.
With 19 elegant stylish bedrooms including three four-poster suites and family bedrooms, Master Bedroom with kissing baths. Flitwick Manor has a Two AA rosette awarded restaurant with a private dining or meeting room which can accommodate up to 58 people.
