Howden is looking for an Implementation Manager to help plan, build, and develop effective implementation plans across a global Workday deployment programme for circa 15 countries. You will report into the HR Change Leadand be part of the wider HR Change Management team. We welcome Change and/or HR professionals who are looking for a step up or a new challenge.

Day-to-day, you will work closely with teams from across the business, both within the UK and internationally, to ensure that change management processes are effectively applied, and that people are engaged and system ready to transition to a new normal way of working with Workday.

Please note this role is initially structured as a full-time, 12-month FTC with the potential for extension. You will be based in our London office and the expectation is to be onsite 2-3 days per week on average.

Role Responsibilities:

Work closely with the programme team to realise the Workday Deployment vision and objectives.

Reinforcethe rationale for change and benefits of adopting a new HR platform.

Support the planning, content and delivery of change implementation plans.

Support the training build, delivery and knowledge transferto impacted teams. 

Encourage change buy in and readiness for change 

Take responsibility for the monitoring of change activity and adoption.

Proactively identify challenges, areas of improvement and contribute to lessons learnt.

Role Requirements:

Experience in change and/or implementation gained from similar CRM/HR projects or programs on an international scale. While specific experience in Workday is advantageous, it is not mandatory.

Strong stakeholder management skills, including the ability to communicate confidently and build positive working relationships.
