Reservoir Engineer

The Opportunity:

TetraTech RPS Energy is adding a Reservoir Engineer to our T echnical Advisory team based in Woking, London or Poole.

We operate a hybrid working arrangement and have flexible working opportunities, including part time roles, to ensure a balance of family and working life.

Your Role:

Working as a Junior Reservoir Engineer alongside Principal Reservoir Engineers:

·Work as part of an integrated team on varied projects, to carry out analysis and interpretation of subsurface engineering data, for the assessment of hydrocarbon Reserves, technical subsurface studies, gas storage potential (including carbon storage) and integrated geo-energy projects. 

·Contribute to projects through compilation of data, data analysis, interpretation and integration of engineering analysis with other disciplines.

·Presenting results both in client meetings and in written reports.

·Involved in technical consulting work on projects for UK-based and international clients.

·Work in a safe manner at all times and report all health and safety incidents and concerns.

On-the-job learning and supervision will be available, but you will need to be able to work independently.

Qualifications:

·Bachelor’s degree or higher in Petroleum Engineering or a related field

ØThis will ideally be coupled with some experience as a Reservoir Engineer or similar

·Ability to work alongside colleagues collaboratively to ensure deadlines are met

·Able to work independently on projects

·Attention to detail is important across in this role

·Experience of the management and interpretation of subsurface engineering data

·Structured and methodical approach to work
