The Role of an Onsite Sales Manager

As an Onsite Sales Manager you will develop strong connections onsite, offering hire solutions with an array of top-tier products and equipment across all building service sectors. If you’re looking to join a forward-thinking culture, we want you to be part of the exciting journey with us.

What do you need to succeed as an Onsite Sales Manager?

  • Committed to delivering exceptional communication, customer service and eager to assist
  • Proficient in meeting and exceeding performance targets and Key Performance Indicators.
  • Proactive and positive outlook and solution driven.
  • Enthusiastic about continuous learning and expanding product expertise
  • Worked as a Hire Controller, Sales Manager or Supervisor in a similar industry.

What does the Onsite Sales Manager role involve?

  • Drive sales to achieve results, proactively exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
  • Track sales and marketing metrics to gain insight and drive strategic decisions.
  • Analyse monthly sales rates and stay informed regarding competitors and industry trends.
  • Enhance the customer journey by providing exceptional support to both new and loyal customers, promoting lasting connections built on trust and satisfaction.
  • Take charge of expanding our onsite market share, utilising your skills to drive growth and success.

Similar Working Pattern

Monday to Friday 8:00am until 18:00pm
