Coach - Aqua Aerobics

It will be an initial 12 week contract with the aim to progressing to permanent if the class is successful.

Do you have a passion for motivating people in a swimming pool environment? Can you make an exercise class fun, effective, safe and stimulating? We are looking for someone who can bring energy to our class programme. If this sounds like you, and you have the ability to make individuals work hard but come away from the class feeling energised, then we’d love to hear from you. This is a real opportunity to bring your own style to Mid Devon Leisure.

Exercise classes are regularly monitored for improvement but will receive support from the Duty Officer for health and fitness to ensure the class is successful.

All Coaches are expected to be punctual, energetic, and excellent at rapport building and to take onus on making their class successful.

Must hold an Aqua Aerobics qualification. A First Aid certificate would be advantageous but not essential.

This position also gives you the option to cover other Aqua Aerobics classes within Mid Devon Leisure covering holiday, sickness, and other absence.
