As part of our continued growth, we now have an exciting opportunity for a Prescription Administrator to join our business in a permanent role based at the group's head office in Diss, Norfolk.

In this role, you will be responsible for assisting our veterinary surgeons in assigning prescriptions to customer orders that are placed online. You will be expected to communicate with customers via email, and to clarify queries relating to orders. You will be fully trained in the use of our electronic prescription management system, ensuring that prescriptions are correctly assigned to the relevant order. You will liaise with the Customer Support team and our Pharmacy to ensure efficient processing of customers' orders.

This role is full time (40 hours per week), working 7am-4pm Monday to Friday.

Key skills required include:

Good basic IT skills Confidence to learn new skills including the use of our bespoke prescription management system Excellent attention to detail, good communication skills and be adaptable and able to work on their own initiative and to deadlines

As well as a salary of £11.44 per hour, you will receive:
