It is important that you are self-motivated and resilient, as well as comfortable working alone and on a one to one basis. Working knowledge of substance misuse would be advantageous but we are open to conversations with all applicants who have a passion for working with families. Above all, we are looking for someone who is empathetic and values-driven and has the drive to make real changes, using a positive and engaging approach.

As an organisation, we continue to build an inclusive culture that encourages, supports and celebrates the diverse voices and experiences of our staff.
