We are seeking a Strategy Manager to play a crucial role in defining and executing commercial strategy for our growing portfolio of product businesses. These businesses span our verticals of Drones, Fintech, Healthtech, Energy, Data, and beyond.

You will work with product and sales teams from across Etc. to bring the best strategic thinking, delivered at pace and with a focus on impact. You will be responsible for:

  1. Conducting market, competitor, and customer research.
  2. Undertaking data analysis and business model creation, including advanced financial modelling.
  3. Synthesising commercial strategy options and plans.
  4. Driving GTM initiatives.
  5. Creating commercial capabilities to accelerate revenue generation.
  6. Leading zero-to-ones sales activities.
  7. Establishing, reporting, and driving commercial KPIs.
  8. Identifying and unblocking barriers to growth.
  9. Effectively communicating own work and that of the verticals in oral and written presentations.

Must have experience:

  1. Top-tier strategy consultancy or corporate strategy roles (4+ years).
  2. Commercial roles within a fast growth startup environment (2+ years).
  3. Strong ability to work independently with senior stakeholders.
  4. Proven appetite and ability to manage complete strategy projects.
  5. Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills.
  6. Entrepreneurial, can-do, and hands-on attitude.
