Opportunity

In this role you will need to conduct administration tasks within the Master Data Team, ensuring accurate setup of client site, agreements lines, machines, and payers on our M3 ERP System.

Maintain effective communications with your internal stakeholders throughout the process to include associates and the sales teams (Wholesale, Selecta Coffee, and Solution Specialists etc.), and to ensure any issues are highlighted to their line manager.

 During high volume periods you will support the business to ensure workloads are kept within measurable KPI’s and SLA’s.

Responsibilities

Setting up of new payers and client sites Creating and updating of client information. Payment terms, billing/site addresses, adding PO’s etc. Maintaining data consistency, quality, and integrity throughout the M3 application. Completing daily ETA’s – installs, uplifts, re-sites and reviewing daily, weekly, and monthly reports to ensure all information is up to date. , Account clean-up, cancellations, cashless setups, and uploads etc. Setting up of agreements and adding machines on billing lines to ensure calls are raised and invoices created correctly. Requesting manual invoices to be raised by the billing team as per requests on the paperwork. Querying agreement terms with Solution Specialists to ensure accurate data is on the system. Collaborating with the Master Data Specialist Team Leader and the Master Data Manager, to ensure all data and processes are up to date and checked accordingly. Working on the new Order to Cash application for new installations, uplifts of machines and change management. Dealing with queries and change requests from the business to maintain up to date information. To always provide a high level of client service to internal stakeholders. Dealing with high volume emails in the shared Master Data Management inbox Preparation on various data for bulk uploads via templates in M3 Attending and contributing to daily calls with the Master Data Manager Any other tasks required to support the overall shared service functions.

Requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Working in a high pressure, complex environment. Exceptional Multi-tasking skills. Intermediate experience in Microsoft, particularly Excel. Experience of using bespoke systems. Display a high level of organisational skills. Must have discretion and able to manage confidential information. Enthusiastic and driven. Team player.
