Responsibilities:

OntheJob Training:Participate in a structured training program to gain a deepunderstanding of ESG principles frameworks andmethodologies.
Research and Analysis: Assist senioranalysts in conducting ESG research and analysis including datacollection qualitative and quantitative assessment and performancebenchmarking of companies based on ESG criteria.

Reporting and Presentation:Contribute to the preparation of ESG reports presentations andrecommendations for internal stakeholders and clients highlightingkey findings and insights related to ESG performance and impact oninvestment decisions.

Integrationand Engagement: Support efforts to integrate ESGconsiderations into investment strategies and engage with portfoliocompanies on ESG issues including participating in shareholdermeetings and dialogue with companymanagement.
Industry Trends:Stay informed about emerging trends best practices and regulatorydevelopments in sustainable investing and ESG disclosure andprovide insights to enhance the firms ESG investmentapproach.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Finance Economics EnvironmentalStudies or related field.
Strong analytical skills andattention to detail.
Excellent research and criticalthinking abilities.
Effective communication andpresentation skills.

Preferred: Certification(s)in ESG Investing (e.g. CFA Institutes Certificate in ESG InvestingSASBs Fundamentals of Sustainability Accounting FinancialRegulation courses etc.).
Previous experience in afinancial position or related field is advantageous but notrequired.
