Key Responsibilities:

Panel Repairs & Replacements : Expertly repair and replace vehicle panels using the latest techniques and tools. Damage Assessment : Assess vehicle damage and create efficient repair plans. Precision Work : Ensure perfect integration of new panels and parts with a high level of attention to detail. High-Quality Results : Deliver repairs and finishes that exceed customer expectations. Team Collaboration : Work closely with your team to meet deadlines and maintain our high standards. Safety Compliance : Keep your workspace clean, organized, and in line with health and safety guidelines.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience : Proven experience as a Panel Technician, Panel Beater, or similar role within the automotive repair industry. Technical Skills : Strong knowledge of panel repair methods, including welding, filling, and finishing. Tool Proficiency : Expertise in using panel beating and spray-painting tools. Detail-Oriented : A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional results. Teamwork : Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Qualifications : Certifications such as ATA, NVQ Level 3, or equivalent are highly desirable.
