About the Role

As a School Admin, you will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks that are crucial to the daily operations of the school. Your role will include managing student records, handling enquiries from parents and staff, and supporting the senior leadership team with administrative duties. You will also be involved in organising school events, maintaining office supplies, and ensuring that all administrative processes run smoothly.

Responsibilities of School Admin

  • Manage and update student records and databases.
  • Handle enquiries from parents, staff, and external agencies.
  • Support the senior leadership team with administrative tasks.
  • Organise and coordinate school events and meetings.
  • Maintain office supplies and manage inventory.
  • Ensure compliance with school policies and procedures.
  • Assist with the preparation of reports and documentation.

Requirements of School Admin

  • Previous experience as a School Admin or in a similar administrative role.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

To work with GSL Education as a School Admin, you will need:

  • Have the right to work in the UK
  • Have an up-to-date CV with two relevant references from within the last 2 years.
  • Have an Enhanced DBS registered to the Updated Service or be happy to apply for one with GSL Education
