What you’ll be doing:You’ll engage with stakeholders to understand priorities and support on answering ad-hoc queries.You’ll take full ownership of setting up, reporting and evaluation of marketing performance, traffic analysis, conversion analysis, customer behaviour analysis and competitor analysis.You’ll be supporting key pro-active initiatives such as forecasting customer demand and intent modelling to name a few.You’ll support the wider Marketing team in developing and delivering marketing plans through insights across all digital channels.You’ll be working with the relevant teams (CRO and UX amongst others) to improve the customer experience with the intention of improving goal conversion.
What you’ll have:
Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to spot trends and attention to detail.Technical understanding of web analytics tools such as Google Analytics and SQL.Experience using Google Tag Manager (desirable).Microsoft Excel skills (essential).Strong Maths skills.
