Responsibilities
within your role will include (but not limited to):- Leading the UK based Team to understand technical issues / specifications and requirements Produce solutions to engineering problems Producing analysis for Marine Structures both with FEM and by hand calculation Approval of Analysis and Reports and FEM Preparation of reports Preparation of FE Models in ANSYS QualificationsThe successful candidate will be Degree qualified in a suitable STEM subject.
Essential skills Experience in Checking ANSYS models. Experience in Approving analysis and FEM. Microsoft Office Skills. Be a clear, logical thinker Ability to articulate complex engineering issues in terms that are simple to understand ExperienceThe successful candidate will have a minimum of 15 years experience.
They will have worked in a Marine environment.
They will have experience in PD5500 and similar codes
