A secondary school in Leyland require a Design and Technology Teacher who specialises in Engineering from October 2024, until the end of the financial year. This is a full-time position, and there is the potential for this post to continue for the right candidate.
As the successful Engineering Teacher, you will teach classes up to KS4, including GCSE. You will join a warm and welcoming secondary school where behaviour from pupils is positive, however good behaviour and classroom management is still expected. You will be part of a skillful and resourceful staffing team who collaborate effectively across the departments, and you will have access to shared resources; some of which tailored to support pupils with SEND/SEMH.
Key points:
- KS3/KS4 Engineering Teacher
- Previous experience teaching Engineering essential, preferably up to GCSE
- Good behaviour and classroom management
- May 2023 start date
- Full-time position
