About the Roles: Operating Department Practitioner/Theatre Nurse

We are seeking dedicated registered theatre professionals to join our enthusiastic team, committed to delivering high-quality, patient-focused care in our busy and dynamic departments. We welcome applications from Operating Department Practitioners, Theatre Nurses, and Anaesthetic Nurses who are eager to make a real impact.

As part of our team, you’ll have the opportunity to plan and manage individualised care programs for patients throughout their perioperative journey. Our general and specialist theatres are located based in the acute or community settings in the stunning surroundings of Devon.

**General Theatres – Wonford, Exeter**

Dive into a world of diverse specialties in both elective and emergency settings. Here, you’ll have the chance to work on cases spanning Orthopaedic Trauma, ENT, Maxillofacial, Plastics, Breast, Vascular, General Surgery (including upper GI/Colorectal), and Urology (featuring cutting-edge robotic procedures). Our Anaesthetic Team also plays a vital role in Obstetrics and Gynaecology within Women & Children's Health, along with providing a wide range of remote area anaesthesia across the hospital (including MRI, Endoscopy, and Cardiology).

Pay: The salary advertised for this position reflects the Agenda for Change 4-5 rates, inclusive of a pay award implemented from October 4. If you join before this date, the pay award will be backdated to April 4 or your start date, whichever is later.
