ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

Collate and analyse data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks Participate in range planning meetings, confidently understanding KPIs Forecast line cards for key production lines, making recommendations Generate size ratios based on regular analysis Analyse market trends based on regular analysis Oversee the Purchase Order Management and approval process Review and monitor intake against monthly stock targets Lead weekly intake meetings Support the monthly WSSI process, ensuring OTB sheet is up Propose markdown options and depths to clear stock profitably Create and review Monday Trade packs and present in trade meetings Drive trade by identifying risks and opportunities

THE EXPERIENCE WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Passionate about a career in merchandising Experience as a Merch Admin Assistant Experience in proactively managing workload, prioritising, and delegating Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills Highly analytical with attention to detail Experience of being part of a team and working in a busy environment Experience of working cross functionally

PREFERRED LEADERSHIP EXPERINCE

Coach and mentor direct line reports and provide support to more junior members of the team Lead by example and be a positive role model for the team
