About the team  

You will be joining a highly motivated and driven team of people who work in the eCommerce Payments sector. To achieve this requires agility and an ability to work creatively in an ever evolving and diverse payments landscape. 

 

What you will be doing  

 

Lead the integration process by creating the platform setup, providing consultancy to the customer on integration activities, ensure all process steps are worked through to deliver a high-quality robust integration. Manage a number of customer projects at any time delivering activity right first time  

Translate a scope of work into a project plan containing milestones, deliverables, dependencies, critical path, and RACI for activities to be carried out to successfully achieve the agreed objective 

Support the development of new products by acting as voice of the customer.

To achieve this, you work closely with the Customer and Account Management team to fully understand the business and deliver the project. 

  • Manage projects from the planning stage through to completion following clear and well-maintained project plans 
  • Work creatively with customers and colleagues to achieve and maintain market leading payment solutions 
  • Become a subject matter expert on eCommerce payment processing and the different Gateway products/services. Maintain and share knowledge with the wider team by producing documentation and training sessions where required. 
  • Awareness of changing technical trends within the payment processing industry as well as wider technical trends such as security, web/browser technologies, mobile technologies etc
  • Develop and execute an appropriate implementation plan for on-boarding, testing and launch  

What you bring:

  • Proven background in managing (multiple) projects & presenting
  • Experience of working within a technical team/role
  • Experience analysing complex situations and defining solutions
  • Experience in managing relationships between internal and external stakeholders
  • Highly organised with a good eye for detail
  • Creative and forward thinking with a good aptitude for problem solving

Added Bonus if you have:
  • Experience in a customer facing and/or technical role  
  • Knowledge of / experience with Ecommerce platforms, payment gateway implementation, subscription platforms
  • Knowledge of at least 1 programming/scripting language. JSON / PHP / .NET / Ruby / Java / HTML / CSS / XML / JavaScript
  • Knowledge of Database technologies
  • Experience with reading server logs via SPLUNK  
  • Multi-lingual, multi-cultural (French, German, Spanish, Italian)
