Your mission

Join our growing Operations Team to facilitate job scheduling, stock ordering and field engineer support; helping us operate efficiently to achieve our annual business goals.

Job Description

Key Accountabilities

The specific accountabilities of this flexible role may alter from time to time in order to meet the needs of the business / client, but accountabilities will include (or be equivalent in nature to) those listed below:

  • Provide support to the team, to ensure that the company operates and develops effectively for the benefit of our clients.  For example: 

    • Scheduling of service and remedial works

    • Checking and issuing jobs cards to customers

    • Liaising with contractors and suppliers, providing work and purchase orders

    • Ordering and processing of stock

    • Ad-hoc tasks

  • Provide day to day support to engineers as required to enable prompt and effective execution of their work.

  • Provide a point of contact service for Allsaved Ltd, triaging calls and emails to colleagues.

  • Create and maintain effective working relationships with clients, team colleagues and external partners/organisations through effective interaction, sound communication and good interpersonal skills.

  • Challenge existing practices and generate ideas and solutions, recognising and balancing risks with reward, meeting agreed timescales.

  • Maintain a high representation of the Allsaved brand, through exceptional personal and professional standards (including Allsaved equipment, materials and vehicles).

  • Remain up to date and compliant with all relevant legislation, organisational procedures, policies and professional codes of conduct in order to uphold standards of best practice.

  • Ensure full compliance to all Quality, Environmental Health and Safety directives, Personal Protective Equipment, Accident Reporting as well as internal Allsaved safety standards.

Role Demands

  • Scheduling experience is essential, within the fire industry is desirable 

  • Initiative to organise own workload and respond to unanticipated problems

  • Strong time management skills

  • Ability to deal with a variety of customers and tasks
