Job Description for the Position :

This role is part of a team who are responsible for day-to-day support of the end user platforms and Level / incidents which includes remote access, virtual desktop support and troubleshooting. A strong understanding of how to troubleshoot and resolve Level / incidents in the virtual desktop environment is required for this role. Additionally, the investigation is performed by remotely assisting end users across all global regions with their virtual machine issues using standard remote toolsets.

Skill set:

A solid understanding of the technologies used to deliver the Desktop OS, Remote Desktop, Remote Access, Google Cloud Platform, Intune, Thin Client, and Terminal Server platforms, including Windows Desktop and Server OS, software distribution and patching technologies, VMware ESX, Citrix XenApp and Xen Desktop technologies, Juniper RAS and Firewall products, Wyse Device Manager and Printing.
