Argyll and Bute Council is seeking an individual with proven experience in project management and successful delivery of a variety of projects to join the Estates and Property Development team, to develop and effectively manage a programme of interventions and actions to deliver new housing developments across Argyll and Bute. They will support the Head of Service, Estates & Property Development Manager and Housing Delivery Group to develop the team's strategic priorities in terms of housing sites or developments that require to be unlocked, enabled or supported by working in partnership with colleagues (from within and out with the service). The individual will be expected to take personal responsibility for planning how these are delivered effectively and efficiently.

This is a new post, currently funded for up to 3 years, to address the Housing Emergency in Argyll and Bute. A broad range of knowledge and experience relating to housing delivery, property, land assembly, planning, surveying, legal and engagement is required with appropriate support being provided on a site by site basis depending on circumstances and skillset.
