We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Administrator to join a major client of ours supporting various projects they are delivering, focused on modernizing their 90 x eCommerce websites across multiple brands within the EMEA region covering c. 25 markets.

This is a great opportunity to work with a leading, international household name within the high end beauty retail eCommerce sector,

The role will play a critical part in coordinating and administering various projects. One of the key workstreams is focused on content clean-up and front-end optimizations of the various websites, so any experience in this area would be an advantage.

The ideal candidate will help coordinate tasks and maintain comprehensive documentation to support a Product Manager leading the projects 

Key tasks include:

  • Tracking content clean-up across multiple sites and various pages with CMS-driven content.
  • Extensive communication with brand stakeholders to explain the new ways of working (WoW) with content on the new platform, including UI and content strategy adjustments.
  • Data report generation to justify decisions regarding the removal or modification of specific content.

These tasks require meticulous coordination and clear communication with multiple teams. You will provide oversight for the work done by CMS editors and ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and in alignment with project goals.

This role will also focus on process documentation creation to maintain clarity and continuity throughout the project.

You will distribute tasks effectively, ensure that all aspects of the project are managed with the attention they require, and build a more resilient team capable of handling the complexity of the modernization efforts.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee and track the progress of content clean-up across multiple sites and CMS-driven pages.
• Coordinate with CMS editors and other team members to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and documentation, ensuring that all aspects of the project are thoroughly documented and easily accessible.

Skills & Qualifications:
• Strong project coordination skills with a keen eye for detail and a passion for tracking progress across multiple tasks.
• Excellent organizational skills, particularly in maintaining comprehensive and clear documentation.
• Experience with Website CMS and content management is a plus, especially in an eCommerce setting.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence tools.
• Strong Excel skills.
